Last updated6 August 2026

1. Who controls your information

Diana Ohnieva will act as the controller of personal information collected for enquiries, enrolment and programme delivery. Privacy or order-related requests can be made using the support details included in the Stripe receipt or delivery email.

Payment processingCheckout is hosted by Stripe. This static website does not directly receive or store full payment-card details.

2. Information that may be collected

  • identity and contact details, such as your name and email address;
  • order details, selected programme, payment status and transaction reference;
  • messages, support requests and live-session participation information;
  • technical information needed for security, troubleshooting and delivery; and
  • consent records, including any request for digital content to begin during a cancellation period.

Full payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on this website.

3. Why the information is used

  • to process an order and deliver the purchased programme;
  • to send service messages, access instructions and schedule updates;
  • to answer enquiries and resolve access or quality issues;
  • to maintain transaction and tax records where legally required; and
  • to prevent fraud, misuse and unauthorised distribution of programme materials.

4. Lawful bases

Depending on the activity, information may be processed because it is necessary to perform a contract, comply with a legal obligation, pursue legitimate interests such as service security and record keeping, or because you have given consent. Consent may be withdrawn where consent is the applicable basis.

5. Sharing and service providers

Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Information may also be shared only as needed with email, video-conferencing, course-hosting, cloud storage, accounting and professional support providers used to deliver the purchased product. Information is not sold.

6. International transfers

Some technology providers may process information outside your country. Where transfer rules apply, the Provider will use an appropriate legal mechanism and review the provider's privacy and security terms.

7. Retention

Enquiry records will be kept only as long as needed to answer the enquiry. Order and financial records may be kept for the legally required accounting or tax period. Course access and support records will be retained for the access period and a reasonable dispute-resolution period.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your information, object to certain processing, receive portable information, withdraw consent and complain to a data-protection authority. Submit requests using the support details included in the Stripe receipt or delivery email.

9. Cookies and analytics

This site does not intentionally use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. If analytics, embedded media or marketing tools are added, the policy and any required consent controls will be updated before those tools are activated.

10. Security and changes

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards will be used, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Material policy changes will be dated and will not be used to reduce rights attached to information already collected.
